About Sonora Hospital

Sonora opened for business in 1994 and moved to its present location in 1999. Sonora expanded to 52 beds in 2003. In December 2006, Sonora was acquired by Haven Behavioral Healthcare. In 2009, Sonora expanded to 56 inpatient beds and added outpatient services.

Sonora offers educational programs, presentations and community outreach to professionals and lay people throughout Southern Arizona. Sonora is always looking to develop new services to meet the needs of Pima County and Southern Arizona.
