Food Service Manager
Brad Dolman is the Food Service Manager for Sonora Behavioral Health. He has been in the food service industry for 20 years. He has worked in various roles and in varied environments ranging from corporate to private facilities. His passion for cooking and helping others led him to working in the health care field. Brad’s career in culinary began washing dishes for a mom and pop pizza place while pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington. He continued on to Portland, Oregon where he attended the Western Culinary Institute and worked at the Nike World Headquarters in the dining facilities serving Nike employees and sports celebrities. After moving to Arizona, Brad has been a Chef at country clubs and in assisted living facilities before finding Sonora.
