Nikki Rodriguez
Director of Human Resources
Nikki Rodriguez has been a Human Resources professional since 2010 and has specialized in behavioral healthcare Human Resources since 2013. She began her HR career supporting organizations in higher education, marketing, and staffing before discovering her passion for behavioral health. In 2013, Nikki joined a behavioral health organization as an HR Executive Assistant and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the meaningful impact the industry has on patients, families, and employees.
Nikki joined Sonora Behavioral Health in 2019 as the Human Resources Generalist and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2024. Throughout her career, she has been committed to fostering positive workplace cultures, supporting employee growth, and partnering with leaders to build strong, mission-driven teams.
Nikki earned her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Strategic Human Resources Management from Grand Canyon University and holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and is an active member of both SHRM National and SHRM Greater Tucson.
