Stephen Remolina, MD is a board-certified adult, child, and adolescent psychiatrist with a passion for helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life’s most challenging moments. He completed his adult psychiatry residency at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center in affiliation with Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, followed by fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Arizona.
Dr. Remolina has always believed that psychiatry is more than a profession—it is his calling. He has a particular interest in psychodynamic psychotherapy and values understanding the deeper emotional and developmental factors that shape each patient’s experience.
For the past 10 years, Dr. Remolina has proudly served at Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital, where he is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care during times of crisis. He is committed to working collaboratively with patients, families, and the community to improve access to mental health services and to support children and adolescents on their path to recovery.
